Some miles, trips, days on Modeco SUV – my very subjective opinion :)
Some miles, trips, days on Modeco SUV – my very subjective opinion 🙂

It’s said if something is for everything, it’s for nothing

Not necessarily. 🙂
An SUV can easily meet the definition of “being for everything.”
An SUV is a city, touring, and light off-road bike – all in one. That’s what I was looking for.
For many years, I rode a mountain bike. Later, I didn’t have such opportunities, but I used the bike every day for commuting to work. Besides that, I still loved to explore. I like riding from A to B to see something beautiful and interesting. I like riding without time pressure, without pressure for performance. And where I live, there are plenty of places worth seeing.
There are mountains…..
You can love the views but hate the climbs at the same time.

The climbs might be a challenge if someone doesn’t want to face challenges. 😀
The SUV has everything that can be fully utilized in such situations. It’s comfortable. Upright position, which can be adjusted thanks to the adjustable stem. Comfortable saddle. Suspension fork. Suspension seat post. Tires – off-road but with a light tread – perform great in any conditions, allowing me to ride off-road without much resistance on asphalt. And the ones on the SUV are surprisingly quiet
I rode a mountain bike for many years – wide straight handlebars or ones with a slight rise are what I prefer. The SUV inherits from mountain bikes – it has a straight handlebar with a slight rise.

I always liked modern – and often complicated – bike gadgets. But now I value simplicity more. The SUV has a motor in the rear wheel. The simplest and very trouble-free solution.
The battery turns has enough capacity to do over 30 miles in the highest assist mode. The SUV has a lot of sporty features and at the same time a frame that everyone will probably like – a low-step design, making it very easy to get on and off. And the frame gives a solid sense of stability. Hydraulic brakes and Shimano drivetrain– a sure point of this bike.
For a few months now, I’ve had my day organized differently. I changed my job, but my family, dog, and my cycling hobby remained unchanged. Now I wake up early in the morning and set off at 6 or 6:30, right after sunrise. I have an hour or two for myself, then back to everyday life. That’s why I’m happy I found my SUV. A great toy for recreation or to get to work. Or coming back from work and do some shopping. All in one – it works great in this case. Today, a quick trip to the moors. The rapeseed has bloomed already – fields full of yellow flowers. A moment carved out of reality by me, for me. Priceless.

Thank You my SUV 🙂
