ROMET manufactures frames for electric bicycles in Poland, in one of the most modern factories in Europe, using industry 4.0 technology.

ROMET is proud of having their own world class facilities, where e-bike frames production process begins from design, through 3D printing, laboratory tests, field tests, to the final production – all in one place.

Thanks to 3D printers, the production of each ROMET e-bike frame model can significantly shorten the entire process of creating a bicycle. Laboratories and advanced test facilities in one place helps ROMET to speed up the entire production process and guarantees full control over the quality of components. Every new frame goes through fatigue, impact and climatic chamber tests. After them processes, it’s time for real life tests in the field. If the frame passes all them assessments successfully, it goes into mass production.

It is worth to mention, the aluminum from which ROMET produce frames, comes from Polish steelworks. By establishing strategic partnerships with local steelworks and other Polish component manufacturers, like BMZ who makes batteries, we can talk about a Polish electric bike.  Production potential of ROMET electric frames is nearly 10,000 per month!
