Returns & Refunds Policy
At ROMET UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
You have the right to cancel your online order within **14 days** from the day after you receive your goods.
After notifying us, you have another **14 days** to return the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at **info@romet.uk** or complete our **Model Cancellation Form** (available for download on our website).

2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within **14 days**.
Your refund will include:
– the cost of the goods, and
– the original standard delivery fee.
We **do not charge any handling or restocking fees**.

3. Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect and handle the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — the same way you would in a physical shop.
– If the value of the goods has been reduced due to **handling beyond what is reasonably necessary**, we reserve the right to **deduct an appropriate amount** from your refund.
– If the goods are returned **damaged**, **incomplete**, or **showing signs of misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorised modifications**, we **may refuse the refund in part or in full**.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is faulty or damaged **on arrival**, you have the right to request a **full refund** within **30 days of delivery**.
After that period, we will offer a **repair or replacement**, or a refund if repair/replacement is not possible.
We cover the cost of return shipping for such cases.

5. Costs of Return
– If you cancel due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
– If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, we cover the return shipping cost.

6. Exemptions
The right to cancel does **not** apply to:
– goods made to your specifications or personalised items,
– sealed goods (e.g. helmets, batteries) that cannot be returned once unsealed,
– goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
